Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return period, meaning you can request to return the product within 30 days from the date of receipt.

Products can only be returned if they are in the same condition as when you received them, unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging. You must also have the invoice or another document proving the purchase.

To initiate the return process, please email us at: info@stoptoppshungary.com. The product must be returned to the following address: 9167 Bősárkány, Levente utca 17.

If we find your refund request to be justified, we will send you a return label, as well as instructions on how and where to send the product back. We do not accept returns for products whose return has not been requested in advance. The costs incurred in connection with the return are borne by the customer.

Damage and other issues with the product
After receiving your order, please inspect the shipment and contact us immediately if the product is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can investigate the issue and take the necessary steps.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include perishable goods (such as food, flowers, plants, etc.), custom-made products (for example, made-to-order or personalised items), and personal hygiene products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or complaints about a specific product, please contact us.

We are unable to accept returns of products purchased on sale or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the product you want is to return the item you have, and once the return has been accepted, purchase the desired product again.

14-day cooling-off period in the European Union
Regardless of the above, for products delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order without giving any reason and return the product within 14 days. The conditions above also apply in this case: the product must be in the same condition as when you received it, it must not be worn or used, the tags must not be removed, and it must be returned in its original packaging. You must also have the invoice or another document proving the purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected the returned product, and let you know whether your refund request has been approved. If it is approved, the refund will be issued within 10 working days using the same payment method you used for the original purchase. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund and post it to your account.
